The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has collaborated with industry leaders to develop a comprehensive competency model framework for the Hotel and Lodging sector of the Hospitality Industry. The model is designed to evolve along with changing skill requirements. The American Hotel and Lodging Association has committed to working with industry partners to keep this tool current.
