To start, create a User Account. Your account lets you save your competency models and career ladders/lattices so you can return to build and edit models and ladders/lattices at your convenience. The competency models and career ladders/lattices you create will not be shared with the public or other users. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details regarding how the information we collect is used and safeguarded.

info User accounts which are not accessed for more than a year will expire. Users will be notified via their registered email address one month before expiration. Expired accounts will require User Name and Email Address to be re-activated.
