Additionally, the ethics-based component of the CRI Program demonstrates your adherence to the highest ethical standards in the performance of your duties. Unlike other programs that signify knowledge or expertise in a particular specialty, the CRI Certification signifies a broad understanding of all of the major components of real estate investing including property issues, analysis and valuation, underwriting, due diligence, capital market instruments, asset management and ethical conduct.
