Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents; must be scientists interested in conducting high priority research in areas such as: atmospheric modeling; watershed/hydrological modeling; genomics; geospatial and statistical analyses; human exposure modeling; informatics; and remote sensing. Only in the absence of qualified U.S. citizens will permanent residents be considered, and permanent resident applicants must be seeking citizenship as outlined in 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)(B). |
