Purpose:

The "Injury to Opportunity" Scholarship provides a benefit to the children of persons who have suffered or perished from a Personal Injury Accident, or a work related (Workers Compensation) injury. |

Qualifications:
|
* Applicants must apply before their 21st birthday; must have had a parent who suffered an injury, resulting in a permanent disability or wrongful death.
* Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be a high school student in good standing.
* Academic achievement, aptitude, extracurricular activities, and community service of the applicant are considered
* Award may be used for: Any undergraduate study
* Award may be used at: Vocational/Technical school, Two-year college, Four-year college
* Applicant must agree to allow E&T to use his/her name, photo and/or story in future scholarship materials
Applicant must include directions on how to submit the scholarship to their selected school! This should include:
* Tuition acceptance deadline
* Best person to contact about scholarships for your program
* How we should write the check
* The address we should send the check to
Applicants who do not include directions will not be considered. |
